Data & pricing

Prices are the heart of CollectHolo, so here is exactly where they come from and how we work them out. We show real market values, not guesses.

Where prices come from

We pull from the marketplaces and auction houses collectors actually use. Which ones depends on the game.

Pokémon

• Raw (ungraded) cards: Cardmarket in every language, TCGplayer for English and Japanese cards, and CardTrader for Italian cards.
• Graded cards: sales and listings from eBay, Goldin, and Fanatics Collect, plus graded offers on Cardmarket, across PSA, BGS, CGC, and other graders, alongside PSA population data. Japanese cards also show SNKRDUNK listings and sales.
• Sealed products: Cardmarket, TCGplayer for English and Japanese products, and CardTrader for Italian products, with current eBay listings on every product page.

One Piece, Disney Lorcana and Riftbound (alpha)

• Raw cards and sealed products: Cardmarket and TCGplayer, per print, language, and condition.
• Graded cards: eBay sales and listings, plus graded offers on Cardmarket.

How prices are calculated

• Graded cards lead with what has actually sold, since real sales are the most reliable signal of value.
• Raw cards and sealed products use the lowest current asking price. You can also count only prices from EU countries in Settings.
• Variant and condition aware: prices match a card's exact variant or print (for example Holofoil or Reverse Holofoil for Pokémon, Alt Art for One Piece, or Cold Foil for Disney Lorcana), with Near Mint as the baseline for raw cards.
• Open auctions never count as a sale until they actually close.

How often we update

• Exchange rates: every 12 hours, so converted prices stay current.
• Graded prices: daily.
• Raw card and sealed product prices: daily.
• PSA population data: daily.

Languages and markets

Each language is priced from the market where collectors actually buy it. For Pokémon:

• English: Cardmarket and TCGplayer
• German, French, and Spanish: Cardmarket
• Italian: Cardmarket and CardTrader
• Japanese: Cardmarket, TCGplayer, and SNKRDUNK
• Korean: Cardmarket
• Simplified Chinese: Cardmarket

One Piece, Disney Lorcana and Riftbound are priced from Cardmarket in each language, plus TCGplayer for English cards.

If a language has no current price, we show a dash or a clearly marked estimate, never a misleading number. One Piece: cards in Korean and Simplified Chinese have no prices yet. Riftbound: cards in Simplified Chinese have no prices yet.

Currencies

Pick your display currency from a wide range (including USD, EUR, GBP, CHF, CAD, AUD, JPY, and more). Values are converted from the source market using recent exchange rates.

Games and coverage

ZH means Simplified Chinese. One Piece, Disney Lorcana and Riftbound are in alpha, and we are still filling gaps in their images and prices.
