CollectHolo provides a platform for tracking your collectible trading card and sealed product collection, including portfolio management, wishlist features, price history, and related functionality. CollectHolo and its branding, design, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. Card artwork, set names, and related materials are the property of their respective rights holders (e.g. The Pokémon Company). We do not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for any reason. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
