By accessing or using CollectHolo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
CollectHolo provides a platform for tracking your collectible trading card and sealed product collection, including portfolio management, wishlist features, price history, and related functionality. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
You retain ownership of the content you upload or create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You must not upload content that infringes on the rights of others or that violates applicable laws.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to harass others, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
Price information and market data displayed on the Service are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial or investment advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of such data. Trading and collecting involve risk; make your own informed decisions.
CollectHolo and its branding, design, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. Card artwork, set names, and related materials are the property of their respective rights holders. We do not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property.
CollectHolo PRO may be offered as an auto-renewable subscription. If you purchase through the iOS app, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are managed by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms and the Apple Standard EULA. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel App Store subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for any reason. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
