Revocation

Scope of this notice

This notice applies only to CollectHolo PRO subscriptions concluded directly with CollectHolo GmbH through the CollectHolo website and Stripe. It does not apply to purchases made through the Apple App Store or another app-store provider; those purchases are managed through the relevant store.

Right of revocation

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us, CollectHolo GmbH, Luisantring 1 A, 63477 Maintal, Germany, email: info@collectholo.com, by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to revoke this contract. You may use the model revocation form below, but this is not mandatory.

You may also use the electronic declaration function below. It is an additional option and does not replace revocation by email or post. If you use it, we will confirm receipt of your revocation without undue delay on a durable medium, including by email. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification that you are exercising the right of revocation before the revocation period has expired.

Effects of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notice of revocation. For that reimbursement, we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged fees for that reimbursement.

If you requested that the service begin during the revocation period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time when you inform us of the exercise of the right of revocation compared with the full scope of services provided for in the contract, where the statutory requirements for value compensation are met.
