Everything about your account, from how you sign in to how your data is shared, lives in Settings. Here is what you can control.
Sign in with email and a password, or with Google, Discord, or Apple. You can change your email or password in Settings, and turn on two-factor authentication with an authenticator app for an extra layer of security.
Pick a username and upload an avatar. Your username and avatar appear if you share a public collection or wishlist.
Link your Discord account to CollectHolo. If you are a PRO member, linking keeps your PRO role in our Discord in sync automatically.
Choose your display currency from a range of options, set your country and preferred pricing source, and switch between light, dark, and automatic themes. There is also a sensitive mode that hides values, handy when you want to show your collection without revealing what it is worth. The app interface itself is in English, while prices follow each card's market.
Turn on browser or push notifications to hear about important updates. Price alerts tell you when a card hits your target price. Every account can keep 2 active alerts for free, and PRO raises that to 50; see Wishlist and PRO & Billing.
Marketing and newsletter emails are opt-in. You can change your preference in Settings at any time, or use the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
On your first visit you can accept or decline optional Preferences, analytics, and advertising cookies and similar technologies, and adjust those choices later from the cookie settings. Preferences can remember optional choices such as saved Explore filters/search on this device. For the full picture, read our Privacy Policy and Terms.
Your collection is yours. Export your portfolio and your transactions to CSV at any time, and import a collection from a CSV file when you want to bring data in.
Your collection and wishlists are private by default. If you choose to share, CollectHolo creates an unlisted public link that anyone with the link can open. Public views show your items and their values but not private details like your notes or what you paid.
You can delete your account from Settings. Deletion is permanent: your collection, wishlists, and profile are removed, and copies in backups are cleared within 30 days. If you only want a break, you can sign out instead.
