Everything about your account, from how you sign in to how your data is shared, lives in Settings. Here is what you can control.
Sign in with email and a password, or with Google, Discord, or Apple. You can change your email or password in Settings on the web, and turn on two-factor authentication there with an authenticator app for an extra layer of security.
Pick a username and upload an avatar. Your username and avatar appear if you share a public collection or wishlist.
Link your Discord account to CollectHolo. If you are a PRO member, linking keeps your PRO role in our Discord in sync automatically.
Choose your display currency from a range of options, set your marketplace country, and pick your pricing source: Cardmarket, TCGplayer, or both side by side (PRO). For Italian cards you can choose whether Cardmarket or CardTrader leads. Your marketplace country adds country-specific Cardmarket prices to card pages, and with PRO you can value your portfolio at your country's prices. Switch between light, dark, and automatic themes. Sensitive mode hides your portfolio values, costs, and profits, and you can also hide all market prices, handy when you want to show your collection without revealing what it is worth. Choose your interface language separately from card languages; prices follow each card's market.
PRO members can also value their portfolio by recent sales or with SNKRDUNK prices for Japanese cards.
Turn on browser notifications on the web or push notifications in the app. Price alerts tell you when a card or sealed product hits your target price, and you can also get them by email. Every account can keep 2 active alerts for free, and PRO removes that limit; see Wishlist and PRO & Billing.
Marketing and newsletter emails are opt-in. You can change your preference in Settings at any time, or use the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
On your first visit you can accept or decline optional Preferences, analytics, and advertising cookies and similar technologies, and adjust those choices later from the cookie settings. Preferences can remember optional choices such as saved Explore filters/search on this device. For the full picture, read our Privacy Policy and Terms.
Your collection is yours. Export your portfolio to CSV at any time, export your transactions with PRO, and import a collection from a CSV file when you want to bring data in.
Your collection and wishlists are private by default. If you choose to share, CollectHolo creates an unlisted public link that anyone with the link can open. Public views show your items and their values but not private details like your notes or what you paid.
You can delete your account from Settings. Deletion is permanent: your collection, wishlists, and profile are removed, and copies in backups are cleared within 30 days. If you only want a break, you can sign out instead.
