TCG Collector is excellent if your goal is to catalog every card and complete sets. Its variant database is among the most detailed anywhere, and it covers both English and Japanese cards. Its free tier, however, is limited to a single list, and real use needs Premium.
CollectHolo is free for the things collectors and investors check most: what your collection is worth and how it is changing. It values your holdings with Cardmarket, TCGPlayer, eBay and Fanatics graded sales, shows profit and loss against your cost basis, and adds market tools. The two can complement each other: complete sets in TCG Collector, value the same collection in CollectHolo.
